Front Lower Ball Joint – VW e-up!, Mii Electric & Citigo-e iV
This lower ball joint fits the front left or right side of the Volkswagen e-up!, e-load up!, SEAT Mii Electric and Skoda Citigo-e iV. It joins the lower control arm to the wheel hub and comes with its attachment nuts and bolts. It has an 18.15 mm cone with M10 x 1.5 and M12 x 1.5 threads. Choose the left or right side from the Side menu.
The ball joint carries the weight of the car and turns with the steering, so it wears with time. A worn joint causes a knock or clunk from the front over bumps or when braking, vague steering and uneven tyre wear. A split boot lets water in and speeds up wear.
