Third Parties (including Google, Awin, eBay, Amazon) whose content appears on Our Site may use third-party Cookies, as detailed below in Part 14. 8. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?

  • Payment processing is carried out by PayPal or Stripe.
  • Email marketing and newsletter delivery is now handled by Mailpoet (self-hosted on our own UK-based servers at evaccessories.co.uk). No personal data is transferred to any third-party email service provider. All email data remains securely within our control and is processed only for the purposes you have consented to.

We will only share your personal data with third parties where it is necessary to do so for the performance of a contract, where we have your consent, or where we are legally required to do so. We will always ensure that any third parties we work with are GDPR-compliant and have appropriate safeguards in place.

We may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties.
