Yes. Cabin filter, cabin air filter and pollen filter are all names for the same part. It cleans the air coming into the car through the heating and air-conditioning system. It is not the same as an engine air filter, which an electric car does not have, so every filter in this range is for the cabin air supply.

A standard pollen filter traps dust, pollen and road grime. A charcoal filter, also called an activated carbon filter, has the same filter layer plus a carbon layer that helps reduce odours and traffic fumes.
