EV brakes for electric cars on UK roads: replacement brake pads, brake discs, calipers, hoses, ABS sensors and parking brake motors, plus matched brake kits. The range covers the Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X, MG4, MG5 and MG ZS, BYD Atto 3, Dolphin and Seal, Kia EV6 and EV9, Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6, Renault Zoe, Jaguar I-Pace, BMW i3, Mini, Ford Mustang Mach-E, Mercedes-Benz EQ models, Polestar 2 and Fiat 500e. Every product title names the cars it fits.
Electric cars use regenerative braking for much of their slowing, so the friction brakes work less often than on a petrol car. That brings its own problems. Pads can glaze and discs can corrode when they are rarely used hard, and rear discs suffer most in wet weather. Using the brake pedal firmly now and then helps keep the discs clean.
To find the right part, check three things on the listing: the model and year, the axle, and the disc diameter in millimetres. Versions of the same car can use different sizes. The MG4 II takes a 280 mm front disc, for example, while the MG4 XPOWER uses 345 mm. Not sure which part fits? Send us your registration number and we will confirm the fit before you order.
