Alpine A290 & Renault 5 E-Tech Front Control Arm – Left or Right
This steel control arm comes complete with bushes and ball joint and fits the front axle of the Alpine A290 and the Renault 5 E-Tech, both built from 2024. Choose the left-hand arm (Febi 188190) or the right-hand arm (Febi 188189).
The control arm locates the front wheel and carries the bushes and ball joint. Replace it if the ball joint has play or a split boot, if the bushes are cracked, or if you hear knocks from the front over bumps.
The left arm is Febi 188190, replacing Renault 54 50 178 50R and 54 50 550 50R, with an M12 x 1.5 thread and 21.4 mm and 17.4 mm cone sizes. The right arm is Febi 188189, replacing Renault 54 50 095 74R and 54 50 420 80R, with an M12 x 1.25 thread. Both are steel and sold singly.
