This drive shaft grease is a MoS2 (molybdenum disulphide) grease for packing constant velocity (CV) joints. It comes in a 90 g bag, ready to use when a new boot is fitted.
CV joints run inside rubber boots filled with grease. When a boot splits, the grease is thrown out and dirt and water get in, which quickly wears the joint and causes clicking on full lock. Whenever a boot is replaced, the old grease should be cleaned out and the joint packed with fresh grease made for the job. MoS2 grease is designed for the high pressure and sliding movement inside a CV joint.

Installation
Easy to use. Clean the old grease and any dirt out of the joint, then work the new grease into the joint and fill the boot as the joint maker recommends before fitting and clamping the boot.
