CCS Port Dust Cap

Protect the DC pins on your Tesla Model 3 CCS port with one of our 3D printed or Silicone covers.

Designed and made in house using CAD and plant based plastic, or recyclable silicone the dust caps form an ideal weather barrier for keeping the lower DC pins of the CCS port covered whilst charging.

Don’t leave your new Model 3 charging pins exposed in the rain or dusty conditions.

CCS Cover Spec’s.

• Designed to use when Type 2 charging only.
• Allows the charger port flap to close if left in place.
• Made From 3D printed Plastic or Silicone depending on version purchased.

Our CCS port dust covers will not prevent snow and ice building up on the CCS port, therefore extra care should be taken to prevent freezing and removing the CCS Port cap in freezing conditions.

Our Silicone version is manufactured in house using a 3D printed mould form and trimmed by hand, due to this the silicone will not appear totally smooth like some Silicone products.

Silicone CCS Port Covers are made to order in low volume, so please allow 48 hours for manufacture.

Our new Silicone double version is factory made and designed to be removed when not in use,  do not leave in place when closing the charger port door.

THIS IS ONLY FOR EU VEHICLES WITH A CCS Charger Port.

Never force the cap into place, or use if it becomes damaged. Doing so could cause your vehicle to be unable to charge.
