Charging Flap Actuator – Audi Q4 e-tron, VW ID.3, ID.4 & More

This charging flap release actuator has two connections. The parts finder lists it as a fuel door release control element; on these electric cars it works the charging flap.

The actuator locks and releases the charging flap. A faulty actuator means the flap will not open, so you cannot plug in, or it will not lock. Check the flap hinge and the wiring at the same time. Most cars have a manual release for the flap, so check the handbook if it will not open.
