VW ID.3, ID.4, ID.5, ID.7, Skoda Enyaq & CUPRA Born Front Brake Discs – 340 mm
These 340 mm front brake discs are direct replacements for the original discs on most Volkswagen Group electric cars. They are internally vented to shed heat quickly and arrive with a protective coating.
Three front disc sizes are used across these models, and some models were built with more than one. The 340 mm disc goes with brake PR code 1LB, and 1LF on some ID.4 and ID.5 cars. Lower-powered ID.3 and Born models may have the 330 mm disc, while some ID.4, ID.5, Enyaq and Q4 e-tron cars have the larger 358 mm disc. Both are listed as separate products. To check your size, measure across the face of your current front disc, look for the part number on the old disc or its box, or find the brake PR code on the vehicle data sticker in the service book or under the boot floor: PR 1LA is 330 mm, PR 1LB or 1LF is 340 mm and PR 1LC or 1LN is 358 mm.
A 340 mm disc is 27 mm thick when new and should be replaced at 25.5 mm.

VW ID.3, ID.4, ID.5, ID.7, Skoda Enyaq & CUPRA Born Front Brake Discs – 340 mm FAQs
How do I know if my car has 340 mm discs?
Measure your current disc, check the part number on it, or look for brake PR code 1LB or 1LF on the vehicle data sticker in the service book or under the boot floor. The 340 mm disc carries OE number 1EA 615 301 A.
Is the price for one disc or a pair?
The price shown is for one disc. Discs are sold in pairs, so the quantity starts at 2 and goes up in 2s. Order 2 to cover both sides of the front axle.
My ID.4 is listed for two sizes. Which do I need?
Some ID.4, ID.5, Enyaq and Q4 e-tron versions were built with either 340 mm or 358 mm discs. Measuring your old disc or checking its part number tells you which one you have.
Which pads do I need with these discs?
Use the front brake pads for 340 mm discs, OE 1EA 698 151 M. Pads for the 330 mm and 358 mm discs will not fit.
What is the difference between Febi and Blue Print?
Both are bilstein group brands made to the same OE specification. Choose whichever you prefer.
Why do EV brake discs corrode?
Regenerative braking means the discs are used less, so rust and deposits can build up. Using the brakes firmly from time to time helps keep them clean.
