Front Brake Caliper – VW e-up!, Mii Electric & Citigo-e iV
This brake caliper fits the front left or right side of the Volkswagen e-up!, e-load up!, SEAT Mii Electric and Skoda Citigo-e iV. It is a new single piston caliper in chilled cast iron, with a 54 mm piston. Choose the left or right side from the Side menu.
Regenerative braking means the friction brakes are used less, so caliper pistons and slides can seize. A sticking caliper can make the car pull, cause a hot wheel, wear pads unevenly or leak at the piston seal.
These are Febi part numbers 178098 (left) and 178099 (right), made by the bilstein group.

Installation
Professional installation recommended. The brake hose is disconnected, so the brakes must be bled afterwards. Tighten all bolts to the workshop manual torque and test the brakes before driving.
