About Febi Bilstein

Febi is a brand of Ferdinand Bilstein, a company founded in Ennepetal, Germany, in 1844 and still family-owned today. It started out trading metal goods and making turned nuts and bolts, moved into car parts with a patented spring bolt in 1921, and registered the febi name in 1923. Since 2012 it has been part of the bilstein group, alongside SWAG and Blue Print.

Febi says it specialises in steering and suspension, rubber-to-metal parts and engine management, with more than 60,000 replacement parts for cars and commercial vehicles. It says it applies strict quality standards to every part, makes parts in its own production area in Germany, and covers hybrid and electric vehicles as well. Febi offers a 3-year manufacturer’s guarantee on its replacement parts.
