MG4 & MGS5 Rear Brake Discs – 300mm
These rear brake discs are for the rear-wheel-drive MG4, the new MG4 (MG 4 II) and the MGS5. Each disc is 300 mm across and 12 mm thick. It is a solid disc with a coated surface that resists corrosion on the hub face and outer edge.
Replace the discs when they are worn close to the 10 mm minimum thickness, when there is a lip at the outer edge or when rust has pitted the braking surface. Electric cars brake mostly through regeneration, so rear discs often corrode before they wear out; check them at every service.
Choose Febi 104496 or Blue Print ADV184375 from the options. Both are made by the bilstein group to the same specification, so they are the same part under two brand names. It is priced per disc and sold in pairs, so the basket goes up in 2s.

Installation
Professional installation recommended. If the car has an electric parking brake, put it into service mode before retracting the caliper. Fit new pads with new discs, clean the hub face so the disc sits flat and bed the pads in gently.
