MG4 XPower & Mulan 4×4 Front Brake Discs – 345mm
These front brake discs are for the MG4 XPower and the MG Mulan 4×4, the twin-motor all-wheel-drive versions. Each disc is 345 mm across and 30 mm thick, internally vented to carry heat away under hard braking, and oiled and coated to resist corrosion on the hub face and outer edge.
Replace the discs when they are worn close to the 28 mm minimum thickness, when there is a deep lip at the outer edge, or when you feel judder through the steering under braking. Electric cars brake mostly through regeneration, so discs can also corrode before they wear out; check them at every service.
Choose Febi 196937 or Blue Print ADBP430239 from the options. Both are made by the bilstein group to the same specification, so they are the same part under two brand names. It is priced per disc and sold in pairs, so the basket goes up in 2s.

Installation
Professional installation recommended. Fit new pads with new discs, clean the hub face so the disc sits flat, tighten the wheel nuts to the correct torque and bed the pads in gently over the first few miles.
