Front Track Rod End – VW e-up!, Mii Electric & Citigo-e iV
This outer tie rod end fits the front left or right side of the Volkswagen e-up!, e-load up!, SEAT Mii Electric and Skoda Citigo-e iV. It is the ball joint at the outer end of the steering track rod, 115 mm long with an M12 x 1.5 thread, and comes with a lock nut. Choose the left or right side from the Side menu.
The tie rod end carries every steering movement to the wheel, so its ball joint wears with use. A worn joint causes a knock or rattle from the front, loose or wandering steering and uneven tyre wear. A split rubber boot lets water in and speeds up the wear.
