Hyundai Ioniq 5 & Kia EV6 Rear Brake Discs – 345 mm

These rear brake discs replace the original 345 mm vented discs on the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6, which share the same electric platform. They replace OE part number 58411-GI100 and arrive oiled and coated, made to the original specification by Blue Print, part of the bilstein group.

On electric cars the rear discs do very little work because regenerative braking handles most stops. That makes them prone to rust, scoring and lipped edges, and a corroded rear disc is one of the most common MOT advisories on these cars. Fresh discs, fitted with new pads, bring back smooth and even braking.

Measure your existing disc (345 mm across, 20 mm thick when new) or check your OE part number before ordering. While the wheels are off, check the rear pads at the same time, as they often wear unevenly or stick in the caliper when the brakes are not used much.

Hyundai Ioniq 5 & Kia EV6 Rear Brake Discs – 345 mm FAQs

How do I know if my car has 345 mm discs?

Measure your current rear disc or check the size on its edge. The 345 mm disc is vented, with a gap between the two braking faces. You can also check your OE part number: 58411-GI100.

Is the price for one disc or a pair?

The price shown is for one disc. Discs are sold in pairs, so the quantity starts at 2 and goes up in 2s. Order 2 to cover both sides of the rear axle.

Does it fit the EV6 GT?

Yes. The 430 kW EV6 4×4 is listed for this disc.

Do I need special tools?

The electronic parking brake must be put into service mode before the rear calipers are removed. A garage can do this with a diagnostic tool.

Should I replace the pads at the same time?

Yes. New pads bed in properly on a fresh disc surface. We list rear brake pads for the Ioniq 5 and EV6.
