VW ID.3, ID.4, ID.5, Skoda Enyaq & CUPRA Born Front Stabiliser Link with Lock Nuts
This front stabiliser link, also called a drop link, connects the anti-roll bar to the front suspension strut on Volkswagen Group electric cars and the Ford models built alongside them. It fits either side of the front axle on the selected versions listed below.
Electric cars are heavy, and the extra weight puts more load through the suspension joints. When the ball joints in a drop link wear, you will usually hear a knock or rattle over speed bumps and broken roads. Replacing the link cures the noise and keeps the car stable through corners.
Both front links do the same job and wear at a similar rate, so many owners replace them as a pair.
