Tesla Model 3 Parts FAQs

Which Tesla Model 3 parts fit my car?

Check three things on the product page: the year range, the drive and the position. Pre-Highland cars, sold in the UK from 2019 to late 2023, and Highland cars from the 2024 model year share many parts, but not all of them. RWD, Long Range AWD and Performance versions can differ too. If you are unsure, send us your registration number and we will confirm the fit.

Do Highland and pre-Highland Model 3 cars use the same parts?

Many wear parts carry over, such as the charcoal cabin filters and the standard front brake pads, which are listed for both. Some arms, discs and wheel bearing kits are listed for one version only. Each product shows the years it covers, and the year links at the top of this page split the range into pre-Highland and Highland. If your year is not listed, ask us first.

Does the Model 3 Performance need different parts?

Often, yes. The Performance is where Tesla Model 3 brakes differ most: pre-Highland Performance models use 355 mm front discs, and the standard front pads are listed as not suitable for Performance brake systems. As a dual motor car, the Performance also takes the AWD front wheel bearing kit. Check that the product title says Performance or AWD, and compare the Tesla part number before you order.

Which cabin filter does the Model 3 use?

The Model 3 uses a pair of charcoal cabin filters under the passenger side of the dashboard, not the large HEPA filter fitted to some Model S and Model X cars. Our charcoal pair is listed against Tesla 1107681-00-A and related numbers, as Febi 178281 or Blue Print ADBP250014, and covers pre-Highland and Highland cars. Change it when airflow drops or the vents smell musty.

Will a Model 3 part fit a Model Y?

Sometimes. The Model 3 and Model Y share a number of parts, including the charcoal cabin filters and some control arms, bushes, links and brake pads. We only say a part fits both when it is listed that way, so look for Model 3 and Model Y in the product title. If only the Model 3 is named, check our Model Y parts page or ask us.
